Green tea & lemon grasse, also known as non-oxidized tea, is made only from the leaves of the camellia Sinensis. The leaves are picked, withered slightly, then cooked immediately to maintain green quality and prevent oxidation. As a result of these methods, green tea has a much higher concentration of chlorophyll, polyphenols, and antioxidants than other types of tea.
